At FurFinds we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please take a moment to read through our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed and a second email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times We ship to customers worldwide and delivery times typically range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your location. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and occasional delays may occur due to factors outside of our control such as customs processing, holidays, or high demand periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders over $35. For orders under $35 a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 will be applied at checkout. We are always working to keep our shipping costs as low as possible so you can spend more on the products your pet loves.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery at any time. Please allow up to 5 business days after shipping for your tracking information to update. If you have not received your tracking number after 5 business days please contact us at support@furfinds.com and we will assist you immediately.
Multiple Packages Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered. Please do not be alarmed if you receive one package before another. Everything will arrive safely and on time.
Customs and Import Taxes FurFinds is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may be applied to your order by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it please check with your neighbors and local post office first. If you are still unable to locate your package please contact us at support@furfinds.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
