How long does shipping take? Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks depending on where you are. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.

How much does shipping cost? We offer free shipping on all orders over $35. For orders under $35 a flat shipping rate of $4.99 applies. We believe getting great products for your pet should not cost a fortune which is why we keep our shipping rates as low as possible.

Where do you ship from? We work with trusted warehouse partners to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Please note that some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered. Do not worry if this happens as everything will arrive safely!

Can I track my order? Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order please contact us and we will look into it right away.

What is your refund policy? We stand behind every single product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective? We are so sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately at support@furfinds.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund right away at no extra cost to you.

Can I cancel or change my order? We process orders quickly so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. If your order has not yet been shipped we will do our best to accommodate your request. Unfortunately once an order has been shipped we are unable to make changes.

Are your products safe for pets? Absolutely. Every product in our store has been carefully selected with your pet's safety and comfort as our number one priority. All of our products are made from pet friendly materials and have been tested for safety. If you ever have any concerns about a specific product please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide more information.

Do you offer discounts or promotions? Yes we do! The best way to stay updated on our latest deals and promotions is to subscribe to our email list at the bottom of our homepage. We regularly offer exclusive discounts to our subscribers so make sure you sign up so you never miss out!

I have a question that is not listed here. What should I do? No problem at all! We are always happy to help. Simply send us an email at support@furfinds.com and we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. Your satisfaction means everything to us and we will always do our best to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
