If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right. Eligibility for Refunds To be eligible for a refund your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition where possible. Please include your order number and reason for your refund request when contacting us.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately at support@furfinds.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or defective item. We will either send you a free replacement or issue a full refund right away at absolutely no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item please contact us right away at support@furfinds.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will ship the correct item to you as quickly as possible and arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense.

Refund Process Once your refund request has been approved your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider it may take a little longer for the refund to appear in your account.

Non Refundable Items For hygiene and safety reasons certain items such as grooming tools that have already been used on pets may not be eligible for a return. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a refund please contact us before sending anything back and we will be happy to clarify.

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible at support@furfinds.com. If your order has not yet been shipped we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund. Unfortunately if your order has already been shipped we are unable to cancel it but you are still covered by our 30 day money back guarantee.
